Terms of Use

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean USI Atelier, and “you” means anyone using our website or placing an order. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the laws of Ghana that can’t be changed by agreement.

We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Each product shows the sizes (from S to XXL) and sleeve types it comes in. Colours and fabric details may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Prices in your bag are a guide: when you place your order, our system applies the current prices and calculates your total, which is shown before you pay. The total on your order confirmation is the amount you pay.

You don’t need an account to order. At checkout we ask for your name, email address, phone number and address, and you are responsible for making sure they are correct, as we use them to contact you and deliver your order.

When you place an order, you receive an order number and the order awaits payment. Your order is confirmed only once we have received and verified your payment. We then keep you updated by email and SMS as it is prepared, is ready and is delivered. You can also follow your orders through My Orders, using the email address on your order.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. You can pay with the payment methods Paystack offers at checkout. Returning to our website from Paystack doesn’t on its own confirm a payment: we confirm every payment directly with Paystack before treating your order as paid.

If a payment attempt doesn’t go through, you can try again. Each order allows up to five payment attempts. If you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us and we will look into it.

Our pieces are available in limited quantities. We check availability when you place your order, but an item is reserved for you only once your payment is confirmed. If an item sells out before then, we won’t be able to take payment for it. If your payment has already been received when an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you.

We may change or withdraw products from our website at any time. Products that are no longer available can’t be ordered.

An order that hasn’t been paid for isn’t prepared or delivered.

Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not try to access parts of the website or our systems that aren’t meant for you, interfere with how the website works, place orders using someone else’s details without their permission, or use automated tools to overload it. We may limit or block access to protect the website and our customers.

The USI Atelier name, logo, designs, photography and text on this website belong to USI Atelier or are used with permission, and you may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission. Links to other websites, such as Paystack or our social media pages, are provided for convenience; those websites have their own terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.
